Very much an aquatic mammal.  Like me I enjoy being next to water and the Otter is normally seen in and around the waters edge. (I don't have webbed feet though) During 2011 I was fortunate to spend a week on the shores of Loch Stunart in one of the most beautiful places in the highlands of Scotland, along the Ardamurchan Peninsula. The weather during my stay was quite testing to say the least and most days we got soaked through by heavy rain showers. But it was worth it just to see the Otters.
