Quite a character, our first encounter with them was in the forests around the Mountain Lodge, we watched them play and chase each other high up amongst the tree branches at break neck speed. We met them again at Lake Naivasha, where they would run and jump between the roof tops of the chalets in the morning as we were having breakfast below. They are beautiful looking primates, larger than other monkeys and extremely agile, they have been known to leap upto 30 metres.  They are quite social creatures often seen in troops of three to ten adults.
