A relic of prehistoric times, the Black Rhino with its armoured grey hide, fearsome horns and massive size make it quite a creature on the African Plains. It stands on the brink of extinction and is on the critically endangered list. We saw Black Rhino in the Lake Nakuru reserve and on the Masai Mara.
